Mark replaced the lead work above our bay window and front door, the standard of his work is exceptional. Highly recommend for Victorian and Georgian properties in order to preserve the aesthetics as they were intended. We will always work with Mark and his team going forward that's for sure.

Mark and his colleague Dan were a pleasure to have repair our roof problems. From his initial visit where he took photos of the problems, he followed this by a detailed explanation of how he would repair the faults. He was first class. Extremely polite and courteous too. It's hard not to be impressed. He gave good notice of when was likely to arrive and did so within his expected time of arrival. We were very please with the work he carried out and can confidently recommend him. Mark and Dan have a wonderful sense of humour, which all helped to make the experience quite entertaining at times too. All damaged parts were removed, everything swept and sills cleaned before leaving.

Mark and his team have completed our roof and gutter replacement to an exceptionally high standard. Mark was very thorough in planning the job and used top quality materials. Mark and his team worked hard. The roof was complex and involved a lot of intricate lead work - all completed to a very high standard. We are delighted with the results. Mark has carried out work for us over the past 8 years. This has ranged from repairs to roof tiles and flashing and the full replacement of our lead bay window roof [the result being regularly commented upon by our neighbours]. His work is consistently outstanding from identifying the problem, explaining [in terms a non-roofer can understand!] and providing detailed quotes for the work. Mark and his team completely replaced a tired old roof and constructed a new one for me during October. I found Mark to be very pleasant to deal with. He was responsive and friendly at all times, keeping me updated on the progress of the work and explaining each stage of the process. The finished job looks great and just what had been promised. Additionally, I would say that Mark and his team carry out their work with as minimum noise as possible, which I really appreciated as I work from home. Would recommend!

Impressed from start to finish, Mark was very good at clearly describing the options for roof repair/replacement. Communication was top notch throughout, Mark and colleagues arrived on date and time as planned and kept to schedule throughout, they're a nice bunch of lads. The work was excellent (corroborated by a builder friend who was visiting) and we are very pleased with the final result. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mark to anyone wanting a good job doing, but plan ahead as he's understandably popular. I feel compelled to add further to this review, since Mark finished we've had two issues that required unplanned work to another roof Mark hadn't worked on. I'm blown away by how helpful and accommodating Mark was, particularly as he was busy and was doing this work on top of all his other commitments.

Professional and helpful from beginning to end. I felt Mark did a really thorough assessment of what needed doing and listened carefully to our expectations. His quote was prompt and gave us several options. Mark organised all the different people involved in the job and everyone who worked on the job was friendly and polite. They even did a small job for our neighbours whilst on site! The finished roof looks great and we're particularly pleased with the lead work. I would recommend Mark without hesitation.

A definite 5 star service from Mark and his team from start to finish. Mark came round to look at the job, took some photos and sent me a quote for the work. We planned a date for the work to be carried out, Mark also planned for the scaffold to go up and work was carried out when we'd agreed. My roof and chimney now looks amazing, I can't believe the difference. Very happy with the result, I would definitely recommend Mark for the excellent communication throughout, always kept me informed of what was happening and obviously for the quality of the work that was carried out.

Mark came recommended by a neighbour. He had done quite a few roofs on the street. He & his team were very honest & respectful of us and the property. Everything was as agreed. The roof looks really good. I was expecting it to be stressful but it wasn’t thanks to their experience. I would highly recommend.
